Graduation

This last Thursday night was my graduation! It was held at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Salt Lake. My parents came into town for it, which was nice since I havent seen them since Christmas. Also I had 3 other great supporters...Madalyn, Jared and Dana! It was nice to have some other people there. But the whole thing wasn't too big a deal so don't anyone feel bad...not how I meant that! Anyways, it was a good ceremony, nice and short! Afterwards I did a bunch of hugging of my friends and then Jared, Madalyn, my parents and I came back to our place and had a BBQ, it was really yummy and fun to just hang out! Its kinda crazy to really be done! But its exciting! Now I'm just getting ready to take my National Certification test so I can be licensed and then I'm probably headed off to New York for the rest of the summer and then I'm not totally sure yet after that! But I have a few months to figure that out...and we all know I've never been big on planning my life out much in advance! Here are some pics from graduation.

Wait for it.....

I just have to tell everyone that this week is my LAST week of school!!! I have finals Mon, Tues, Wed, then one more clinic shift next Sun and IM DONE!!! I am seriously so excited...if you can't tell! It has been a long 7 months but totally worth it. It has definitely been one of the best things for me and I feel like I've finally accomplished something I can use forever and do so many different things with. And let me tell you how good it will feel to actually get paid for massages now!
My graduation is May 29th, which is next Thurs. night. If anyone in town wants to come, you are more than welcome.....its not gonna be a huge deal or anything. But its 7pm @ the Capitol Theater, downtown. Just cross your fingers that I pass all my finals! =)

Be nice to the Blue Moon!

This past week I have been dealing w my car getting hit in the parking lot of my school. Its really turned out to be an annoying mess! Not to mention the fact that my car was hit in a parking lot a couple months ago and I just got it fixed on the same side that got hit again! Its a long story but to make it shorter for your sake, I'll give you the condensed version. So I realized my car got hit in the parking lot but didnt know who did it. So another girl in my class tells me that she and a friend saw who did it and she was also in our class. I went to her and confronted her, who denied it to my face and then left school. I couldnt believe that she lied to me about it and thought she'd get away w it...except that this person is known in our class for being a liar. SO I of course called the cops and the other 2 girls stayed and filled out witness reports. Then the cop said that since she left the scene and denied it that he was going to go to her house and give her a ticket for a hit and run, which is a misdemeanor! The next day at school she is trying to act like nothing happened, but of course I wasn't about to do that. So we talked about it and she finally admitted to it but came up w some lame story of how she thought she'd hit the car on the otherside and when she looked there was no damage so she thought she hadnt hit anything....which give me a break, you know if you hit something and its not a coincidence that my car was on the otherside of her and got hit! So she asks if I would call and see if I could get the charges dropped since she is willing to just get my car fixed. I agreed cuz I was trying to be nice, knowing that there is nothing I can do....once you get a ticket...you go to court and make your plea. Then I find out that she is telling people things like its my fault cause I was parked crooked, no comment on that ridiculous statement. She then doesnt say anything to me at school buts waits til we are out of class and texts me...ridiculous! She asks if I had called and I told her no and that I am not going to because of what I had heard. It was her own mistake that she needs to own up to and take responsibility for and she can deal w her own consequences. Then she gets all upset and asks why Im making this so personal...which I told her I wasn't, she was. The ticket isnt from me, its between her and the cop! I wont repeat the whole conversation, but she went on to tell me the different ways it was my fault too, she admitted fault twice and then at the end told me that just cause she is paying for it, doesnt mean she admits fault! Hahaha.....so funny, cause I have 2 texts from her where she admits fault. So she is going to court and fighting her ticket, which I can just see her burrying herself w lies. But luckily her insurance accepted liability, so my car is going to get fixed w out me paying for anything. Man what a headache! So everyone....please stay away from my car in parking lots!

Other than that things are good! Not much more to report other than I have 3 more weeks of school! Whoo hoo cant wait! Hard to believe its almost over!
