Looks like I have become a horrible blogger these days. Life has just been busy and well guess I don't have a great excuse. I have been a little off the radar lately....so sorry to those of you I may owe a phone call to and those of you who have been wondering what in the world I have been up to.
As usual a lot has happened since I posted. First off I have a new job....so Im not jobless anymore. I am actually working for a company I used to work for called ITEX. Some of you may be a bit shocked by that...its the company I moved to St George for and then got screwed by. But They approached me with big apologies and after several upfront talks with them and some major thinking I decided that I felt good about trying it out again. I am doing sales and marketing for them, growing the membership by prospecting new members. So far it has been working out good.
The other big thing is that I moved again....yeah AGAIN! Only because the living situation I was in became a horrible one. The girl I had moved in there with and had become good friends with started being weird with me and eventually it turned into so much drama that she was doing things to purposefully make me uncomfortable in my own house and would constantly barge in my room to scream at me and say horrible things to me. I had to get out...she is crazy! It has only been the last couple weeks that I have finally been rid of the drama of those girls. Ah I dont know how I get in situations with drama girls. But I must say this was the worst I have ever experienced. So I ended up moving in with a friend from High School, Stacy Gordon-Carroll. She is going through a divorce and so its us and her little 10 month old baby girl Ainsleigh. So far she has been a great roommate and its been a refreshing drama free situation.
I'm sure people are wondering if I am still dating the guy I talked about in the last post and we actually are still dating. We still arent super serious but we are making progress and moving in the right direction. He is a great guy and we have been having a lot of fun together and trying to learn to put the guards down. Its been about 3 months since we started dating so we still have plenty of time to figure it all out. Below I put pics of a camping trip we went on over Memorial Day. We went with my BFF Jared and his girlfriend Kim to Little Sahara. Its some sand dunes just like an hr west of Nehpi. We took his camper and were able to barrow 4 wheelers from my birth mom's family (so nice of them to let us take em!) It was such a fun camping trip! We had lots of fun just hangin out, riding around, watching all he people climb the big Sand Mt and eating delicious food! Sterling and I had quite the menu planned and I must say that Ster is a great cook!
