26th Birthday!!!

Well I am officially 26 now, if you can believe it! I was a little reluctant for this one to come, but after 2 months of kinda freakin out about it, I have accepted it! I just kept thinking that I'm closer to 30 than 20 now...when did this happen?! But you know what, its all good and at least I am aging well...everyone always thinks I'm like 22! I just keep getting sexier and wiser though and cant complain about that! Haha;) I must say that its been a great birthday! Definitely better than last year! The celebrating got kicked off last weekend. Marc came up to visit me from St George. I was so excited and it meant a lot to me that he came. We went out w some friends from school friday and then he and I went to a movie and out again sat night. It was great spending time w him again. Then the actual Birthday celebrating started Tuesday night. My friends were nice enough to throw me a party. We went to a little bar to do some Karaoke and just hang out. We had around 20 people show up and it made me feel very loved! It was kind of a funny group just cause there was people from several different times in my life. I'm pretty sure the bar wasn't so happy once they realized our large party wasn't going to be drinking..haha. I had a great time! They made me wear a garder all night that said kiss me and they got me a cake and did lots of singing! After the party kind of broke up, some of the guys took me to their house and we continued the party playing Rock Band til like 4 am! I had to get up for school at 730, so needless to say on my actual Birthday I was a bit pooped! At school 2 of my friends were sweet enough to make me cupcakes and they all sang Happy Birthday to me. After I ate 4 cupcakes in a row they took me out to lunch. It was all so good! Then after school it was just low key. Loni decorated our apt and made me a cake. Then Mads, Loni and I went to dinner. With one of the bites of my food I bit into a really hard piece of something like a shattered piece of plate. So I got a free meal, extra muffin and free dessert! Happy Birthday to me! Haha. Then I spent the rest of the night on the phone w friends and went to bed! I have to say that I have some of the best friends! I felt so loved and it really meant a lot to me that everyone made it a great Birthday. So Thank you to all my lovely friends! The great thing though is that the celebrating isnt over yet! he he! I'm supposed to be going out tonight and then another guy I dated in St George, Adam, is coming up for the weekend. His birthday is tomorrow, so we are going to celebrate all weekend! Gotta love when birthdays last for like a week! ;) 25 wasn't the best year for me, so here is to this year being a really great one! I hope to have lots of great things happen before I'm ready to turn the dreaded 27! Happy Birthday to me! Yeah!
